Equity in Innovation Computer Lab Opens at Koffman Incubator

On February 5th, the new Equity in Innovation Computer Lab opened at the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator. The lab opened in hopes of creating equitable access to local entrepreneurs to start or excel their businesses. This computer lab will offer free wifi and the latest technology to create connections for local businesses.

“We have a lot of people in the area who want to start businesses and don’t know how or need some support. And so we really wanted to open up the building in total,” Hattoh said.

The lab is a part of Koffman’s Equity in Innovation training program that will teach new entrepreneurs the basics of running a business. No membership is required to participate in the training program or access the computer lab.
