So You Think You Want To Be An Entrepreneur

November 1, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The Oxford IC2 is a community initiative led by the Oxford school for the purpose of connecting students, educations, and citizens to innovation and entrepreneurship. The Innovation Series is an educational and networking program designed to inspire ideas, fuel creativity, and promote innovative activities in our community.

Now that you have a business idea or you are thinking of taking a nascent startup to the next level, it may be time to take a hard look at what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Please join us as we delve into the many considerations behind this decision. We will present some of the leading thinking in the literature, hear personal stories from our Entrepreneurs-In-Residence, and engage in informal discussion with current and potential entrepreneurs. The goal of the session is for participants to leave with specific actions they can take to make an informed decision.

The Southern Tier Startup Alliance (STSA) is teaming up with The Oxford IC2 to hold this event in Oxford Academy and Central School specifically designed for current and aspiring entrepreneurs.
