Entrepreneurs: Then and Now

January 14, 2017 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

There is a long history of  innovation and entrepreneurship in Ithaca and Tompkins County, some of which is captured in the current exhibit entitled “Made in Tompkins County.” This program will highlight the entrepreneurial spirit that has been evident in our community with a focus on the past few decades and into the present.

There will be a panel presentation followed by Q&A. A key question will be: How has Tompkins County’s entrepreneurial environment changed over the years and what has been the effect on entrepreneurs and on the community? This event is free and open to the public.

Moderator:
Larry Baum, The Computing Center

Panelists:
Tony Eisenhut, KensaGroup
Evan D. Williams, Tompkins Connect
Brad Treat, REV Ithaca Startup Works
