IncubatorWorks Corning provides incubation services and facilities to foster growth of entrepreneurial businesses in ceramics, glass, advanced materials, and related technology-based industries. In the last 25 years, the Ceramics Corridor Innovation Centers have graduated 30 companies and created over 2400 jobs.
IncubatorWorks Elmira Airport Park
IncubatorWorks ELM Airport Park is the organization’s newest campus and will be the IncubatorWorks Headquarters. The soon-to-be renovated historic Schweizer Aircraft building at the East end of the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport provides 45,000 square feet of flexible manufacturing space and supporting services to start or expand your business. It boasts up to 40’ of high bay space, office and lab space, easy truck access and parking space and will offer state-of-the-art high tech services and high-speed broadband Internet access. IncubatorWorks also offers two state-of-the-art Innovation Centers [formerly known as the Ceramics Corridor] strategically placed near Alfred University in Alfred, New York and the other within one mile of Corning Incorporated Sullivan Research Park in Corning , New York.
