Startup Tactics: From Accounting to Zoning, Tactical Considerations When Starting a New Company

June 20, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

What accounting software? Which bank? What happens at a board meeting? What’s the deal with corporate insurance?  Is there such a thing as a standard commercial lease?  Hear and collaborate with Brad Treat, Entrepreneur in Residence with the STSA, with answers to these
questions and other tactical issues that startup entrepreneurs need to know.  The event will conclude with an open microphone session for entrepreneurs, idea people, or anyone who wants to introduce themselves to the group.

The Southern Tier Startup Alliance (STSA) is teaming up with the Oxford School system to deliver Oxford IC2,  a community initiative led for the purpose of connecting students, educations, and citizens to innovation and entrepreneurship.  The Innovation Series is an educational and networking program designed to inspire ideas, fuels creativity, and promote innovative activities in our community.

This event is open to all and no reservation is necessary. For more information, please click here!
